Hayfork Volunteer Fire Department is always looking for more opportunities to serve our small mountain town. If you are a Hayfork resident please take a few moments to fill out the smoke detector survey. We are applying for a grant to purchase smoke detectors and batteries for smoke detectors for Hayfork residents. Our focus is on homes with elderly, disabled and children but we want to hear from everyone in need. We are gathering the information so we know what resources we will need when we apply for the grant.

Please fill out the survey only once per household so we can get a accurate count.
