Also available for purchase only at Trinity County Life Support you can now sign up for the Trinity County Medical Transport Alliance package (Trinity County Ambulance Service, PHI and REACH Services) members incur no out–of–pocket ground or flight expenses. The Trinity County Medical Transport Alliance Membership will cost $150 per year per household, it is NOT an insurance policy. 

Initial enrollment in the Trinity County Medical Transport Alliance requires verification of residency and original signatures on the application.
